Reset your Zoho Mail password

In case you forget your account password, you can reset it by following the instructions below. 

  1. In the login page, click the Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your Registered Email or Mobile details.
  3. Type in the captcha.
  4. Now click Request.
  5. Select an option to reset your password (with a reset link via email message, or a verification code sent to your mobile number). 
  6. On clicking the reset link, or entering the verification code, you will be redirected to the password reset page.
  7. Enter a new password and click Change.

You can now sign in using your new password. 

Note: If you're an organization account holder, you can't change your password directly. You'll have to request your password reset, and it has to be reset by your organization Administrator.
